Greg has over 34 years of experience assisting closely-held companies in areas such as strategic planning, sales of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, business turnaround, shareholder disputes and financing. Since joining Flemington Department Store in 1994, he has worked diligently with ownership to operate one of the last family-owned department stores in the Tri-State Area.

He is a past president and current member of the Industrial Office Real Estate Brokers Association and an active member of National Association of Industrial & Office Parks. Robert actively supports many local charitable organizations. Raised in Boro Park, Brooklyn Shulem’s singular voice has already gained widespread attention in the Hassidic community. His recent signing a major recording contract with Universal Music’s Decca Gold positions him as an artist primed to breakthrough to a global audience with the release of his forthcoming album, THE PERFECT DREAM.  Discovered by his record label from his YouTube videos, Shulem performs a range of selections from musical theatre to beloved Jewish standards including “Bring Him Home” from Les Misérables to “Jerusalem of Gold,” to Irving Berlin’s “God Bless America,” a song that celebrates its centennial this year. Shulem has sung the National Anthem at Citi Field, Fenway Park, Oracle Park & Barclays Center.
